Kimberly - Thanks for your comment, and your support. You are correct when you say that all virtual tours are not created equal. I reviewed two of the tours posted on your site, and found them to have good base images (the main panoramic images), but numerous still images were missing when I clicked on the camera icons. In addition, several of the video segments were very shaky. I realize that these could have been produced by your customers. With regard to that, the great majority of customers should trust a professional photographer, videographer, and virtual tour producer to create their virtual tours. It's one thing to craft a "class project" for school, but it's entirely different to create what could be the most important marketing piece for the sale or lease of a particular property.
I invite you to review this virtual tour we recently produced for the Howard County Historical Society: <a href="http://howardcountymuseum.org/occasions.php" title="The Elliott House" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://howardcountymuseum.org/occasions.php</a>. While it contains less interactive elements than sharemy360 tours, the images are all of very high quality (please click "full screen"). The interactive links are moderate in number, and the tour can be viewed on it's own page or embedded in a customer's website, like the tour I linked. I look forward to hearing any further thoughts or questions.

Hi: Great article - you're so right. One of our local realtors leased an entire floor of office space within a week after posting an *interactive* virtual tour. All virtual tours are not created equal, you know.. ;) ShareMy360.com allows anyone to embed videos, slideshows, pdf documents, audio - almost anything you can post online can be included in an interactive virtual tour. Plus, it's free. Please check this link for a sample real estate tour: http://sharemy360.com/tour.php?k=JUwQQtYwmjvjGWTt3Zh9ApeWtu7T7LzH Thanks so much!

Thank you, Harry! Sorry, no movies of the fireworks display. You can see other videos I've produced at my YouTube channel, MarketingMercenary (all one word). Here's the link: <a href="http://www.youtube.com/MarketingMercenary" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/MarketingMercenary</a>
